Analysis of Remarks by SAC Greg Bretzing at a Press Conference to Address the Ongoing Situation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge

With little fanfare, this is a raw analysis of the press conference that went with the release of Remarks by SAC Greg Bretzing at a Press Conference to Address the Ongoing Situation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge written statement present by FBI Portland

I will make it as easy to digest as possible within time constraints. This is not a polish piece. This is intended only to document in the most immediate fashion. If it warrants being polished this will be the draft it comes from. To use this analysis, please contact me. All rights reserved. This is the intellectual property of the Julia Clark Organization.

The source of the analysis is from shuff1111 of youtube. I do not know him. He only by chance was one of the first to have the Video of the press conference up. What I do find odd is that the press conference was not recorded and posted by any known agency or corporate media. Thank you shuff1111 for your service.

This is the Analysis derived:

I have highlighted or noted points. This is not intended for laymen explanation. Please ask if you need more explanation or are curious about a highlight or note.

1:10 trips over the word transparency

1:37 trips over the word several

3:42 video stream fails

3:42 says “Shortly the camera will pan back to” the video feed does not pan when it returns.

3:53 the video feed returns.

3:53 He says, “Oh, heads up.”

4:06 He says, “The camera is panning back to the jeep at this point.”

12:52 He states Oregon State Troupers were the ones that fired the weapons.

13:43 He uses “Umm” and tightened lips and sucked them inward

13:44 Shakes his head in a no fashion

13:47 He says, “That law enforcement showed great restraint while holding his hand in front of him in a barrier type way

13:50 He says “Then when the vehicle, then took off.” his voice quivers

13:51 Uses ‘Ummm”

13:52 He says, “you could see that it just about seriously injured, ahh, a law enforcement officer.”

13:53 a micro head shake

13:58 he says, “as its, as it barrels toward”

14:01 he says, “And that umm” pursed his lips together

14:06 He says, “based on the deadly force policy of the FBI and OSP Umm ahh that “

14:06 and extended blink

14:17 Uses “Umm” then says “as you can see afterwards and as I explained in the video, those pops and sounds that umm. Of course, there is no sounds in the video.”

14:28 He says, “flash bangs, ahh, sponge projectiles that pierce the window and oc gas

14:44 shakes head

14:44 He says “all occupants in the jeep surrendered without incident” shakes head again

14:50 He says “ahh with no violence”

15:00 smiles

15:06 Purse and smacks lips, their latest.

16:48 Serious look, looks, down and to the right, takes a deep breath uses “Umm” 3 times while explaining

18:23 He is asked if this is a stop for a traffic violation. The question clearly amuses him. He first clearly states, “no.” then says, “Not that I’m. Well, then. You know what, I don’t know, there might have been” takes a ha, “that was not the purpose of the call err the stop”

 • This is troubling. He clearly and jovially changes the case file to fit his theory. He says,”No.” firmly, then catches himself. Dismisses himself and stops that dismissal midsentence. then moves to the willing chair with the statement, “well, then”, and  makes a choice to fudge the records with the justification, “You know what” statement, then proceeds to change the record.
 • However, his utterance and mistaken word of using call instead of stop. Highly suggests that  that the call the Bundy’s had hours before from the FBI negotiator was also a fabrication and not in good faith.

18:29 He takes a question about distance. He says that he “You know, the exact distance, I can’t tell you. That’s why we actually show you the video. You can tell that a period of time went by and that they were traveling at a high rate of speed. Umm. He purses lips and licks them. “And they had plenty of. And again they were, they were stopped for well over four minutes. And then they chose.. as I said two nights ago or last night.” smacks lips, “Actions have consequences”

19:19 stumbles over the word truck, using car instead and correcting himself.

19:23 he says, “And is currently in our custody, umm” then purse lips

19:34 he says, “But umm as the video clearly shows”

NatGat 2014 Press Release

Occupy gathers!
For the third year, the Occupy movement invites all to gather together to review the year, share knowledge and skills, celebrate successes and analyze disappointments, and prepare for another year of fighting for the better world that we all know is possible.
From Philadelphia in 2012 to Kalamazoo last summer, and this year in Sacramento (July 31 through August 3), Occupy has been heading west, bringing its hopeful, resistant message. We are the 99%—so we say, but are we really?
On July 30, the day before the gathering, independent yet connected, there is an anti-racism training customized for the movement by the Catalyst Project: Antiracism Training for Collective Liberation. The training is designed primarily for white folks, who often think that they are unaffected by white privilege, that they are beyond the bigotry of past generations—we may be surprised at the unacknowledged baggage that we carry, and we are sure to look at the world from a wider perspective after spending time together examining things we rarely take the time to consider. Special thanks to Delphine Brody for honoring the undone business of Occupy National Gathering 2013, which never quite pulled off a similar suggested training.  Space for that is limited, so e-mail us to sign up—but the gathering itself will be held primarily on the grounds of Capitol Park: north side Thursday and Sunday, west side on Friday, so there is plenty of room for all!
The easiest way to get all the information, or to contribute in kind, monetary or in person help,  is on the NatGat2014 Hub on InterOccupy; we are also on Twitter and celly@NatGat2014. Already confirmed are a panel discussion on Environmental Justice, focusing on nuclear, water, and big oil, with a Native American perspective: speakers include Chief Caleen Sisk and Moke Sisha, as well as Faye Kennedy, John Kraintz, and Jan Rein; music by Fresh Juice Party; a memorial for Occupyers lost this year, including Monique Robinson; activist Darryl Cherney presenting the film Who Bombed Judi Ban?; workshops by Alternatives to Violence; and much more.
Nancy Mancias will reprise her role from “NatGat2012”, the first Occupy National Gathering in Philadelphia, and again co-facilitate the FemGA on Friday evening—a general assembly facilitated from a feminist perspective. There will be a giant puppet hands workshop by Sacramento’s own William Spirit, and a Debtors’ Assembly led by Daniel Hong from Occupy Portland, who organized the I-5 Caravan from the Cascades.  In these days of government overreach, there is also a Know Your Rights presentation by Claire White of the National Lawyers’ Guild.
For those who cannot attend in person, look for livestreaming—we have 3 confirmed streamers coming, including Patti Beers and Clark Sullivan, who will be leading teach-ins for those who want to livestream their own events. Punk Boy, the Los Angeles livestreamer whose radio show recently included three Occupy National Gathering organizers, will also be coming to the gathering. There is also the possibility of a few sessions from remote locations: Mark Taylor-Canfield, from Seattle, on Press Freedom In the United States, and Jan Spencer, from Eugene, Oregon, on Suburban Permaculture—the dream of the ’50s and ’60s has become the nightmare of the ’00s, but with planning we can reclaim the land and create healthier, sustainable options.  Coming from East Oakland, California, is Pancho Ramos-Stierle, speaking on Guerrilla Gardening, Occupy the Farm, and Disobeying with Great Love.
The Occupy National Gathering begins with a sunrise blessing by William Underbaggage of the Inigendous Nations Network. There will be times for skillshares, teach-ins, and topical discussions, created by Occupyers — a favorite of the first two gatherings; open space for spontaneous discussion, artwork and activism; and speaker’s corners including poetry and the spoken word. A custom workshop will be held Friday afternoon: Say It Loud! by the San Francisco Mime Troupe (performing in Sacramento’s Southside Park on Saturday and Sunday of Occupy National Gathering Week). Saturday night has time to Step Up, Step Back: Occupy facilitators will actively encourage those who have not done public speaking before to find their voice and practice what they’ve learned from the Mime Troupe.
From the Overpass Light Brigades to the closing GA, there will be lots happening in Sacramento from July 31 through August 3—we are going back to our roots; we know that the world is watching: This Occupation Is Not Leaving! Come join us!

Million Mask March – page 4 – The Occupations Statement

Thanks Ford, that was interesting.

Mission statement: ” To remind this world what it has forgotten, That fairness, justice, and freedom are more than just words”

Purpose: Peaceful march to meet and greet like minded individuals.

I selected these video from the the official facebook page:

First choice:

Second Chioce:

Third choice:

Normally, I do not watch an Anonymous video unless it has the transcript. I take a pretty strong stance that anything worth watching is worth being written down. & it allows me to quick review without having to open the bandwidth portal for it.

I made an exception with these.

There was a website that appeared to be an excellent site for documentation of the MMM.
However, the complaints were that the site was associated with Revolt America site.
Therefore, I only sourced its documentation.

The above articles were compliled by

They also provided the final counting of event locations:
Million Mask March Final Listing: 447 Events – 5 NOV 2013
They did this by providing the platform for people to register their location, there by allowing all to find them, before this it seemed to be facebook and other hodgepodge

As for being questionable association; there documenting techniques suggest a investigative nature behind the services.
That is not necessarily a bad thing. Any movement that is successful becomes the establishment. Therefore, if the present establishment is helpful that is good behavior from the present establishment & welcomed.

Of course one should make their own choices of their actions. Never do anything that you would not defend to friends, family, yourself, your faith, and in a judicial setting.

I found a video of what appears to be the orginal organizer for the DC event.

In that video, I noticed that it was stated that the Occupy movement has gone away. That is not quite factually true. Indeed, maintaining presences in public parks has lessened. The occupying of public space could be called the pre-MMM assemblies. It simply does not make any logistic sense to maintain campaigners through the cold of the winter and the heat of the summer simply to show off. The campaigners man-power can be better used in such things as recruitment, lobbying, and concentrated numbers for jubilee, such as the Million Mask March.

If you need more information for the Occupation this is a good place to start:
With number like 64,000+ that the Occupy Marines have and 6,000+ that the Occupy Police have (both are on facebook if you are interested) The Occupation is not waning.

To be able to understand the Occupation better some missing historical information would be useful.

After Libya’s Campaign against corruption movement matured and moved to a maintenance phase, the orderliness of The Campaign began to unravel. Egypt had started unplanned and was not going well, Syria spoke up and said they should be next, and if not they were going it alone. In general everyone wanted to be next and where The Campaign was to go to next came under hostile action by Obama (USA).

Then oddly, the Campaign seemed to jump the pond ( The Atlantic ) and became rebranded as Occupy Wall Street and was being sold ( or targeted ) to major metropolitan areas. Moreover, it appeared to be coming very strongly.
As saw it coming and I was concerned. If it was going to come, I wanted to make sure that fireman, policeman, your average government worker, and the likes has a voice. They are average working Joe’s like so many people are. In addition, there was no real grassroots to it or so it seemed. If it failed, it could leave the USA worse off then before. The possible misfortune nightmare of displaced people migrating to only a few key areas was a serious concern. There was something fishy about this and it had to be mitigated.
I made contact with my closest city, I engaged those that were active in the Occupy Wall Street movement. I started the ball rolling. I contacted key officials in the city and explained that if the Occupy Wall Street movement did catch hold, I wanted this area to manage to fair the turbulent times with the least amount of pain and suffering. I also explained that law enforcement and civil servants were in fact working Joe’s themselves.
Once I had them on board I explained the strategy that every town needed to have their own Occupation. It would keep hot beds and flash pans from happening. It was a risk, but a risk worth taking. If major metro areas became burdens of unrest, the suffering would be great. Moreover, smaller areas would loose an important voice. And there was a lot that needed to be heard from the civil servants of smaller areas.
Once I got this through to what I felt were folks that could help create Occupations , not only Occupations, but friendly Occupations in as many towns as there was people that had a voice. I started seeing the Occupations pop up quickly.
In the mean time, the Occupation I was involved in was having a falling out. At the time, I would have nothing to do with Anonymous because of Sabu. Well, in the long run Sabu proved to be what I said he was.
Presently, the Occupations have not died out. They have taken on any name that suits their needs from OccuGardends to Solidarity Sing ( That one is pretty cool. They Occupy government buildings by choir. ) There is even an Occupy Everything. The Occupation is not some corporate hooha, so there is no branding. The people know an Occupation when they see it, they do not have to have it labeled to figure it out.
I took a major economic blow after Occupy Libya, err The Libyan Spring. Possibly, unrelated, but not really, I stood in the way and am exposing with help from many people, a multinational company that is harming disabled and elderly for billions of dollars in 0% loans. Plus they are real assholes to the widows of police officers. This company has issues with corruption. And they do not like anything that represents, even in mere idea , fairness, justice, and freedom.
So no matter what you or anyone calls it; it is still the Culling Corruption Campaign.
