Jose E. Martinez Nationwide in cities, absolutely. There are pockets of bad cop shop in rural, but for the most part Cops are a vital part of the community structure in rural america, even crime leaning folk

Julia Clark replied to David Bonello‘s comment.
1/3 of all land in American is owned by the Federal Government. This is a serious concern because it threatens our food sovereignty as a nation. Removing grazing rights benefits factory farms.
That is a lot of words. And I understand the challenge to put that thought into language, besides the painfulness of the concept, the concept is broad and complex.
To address the complexity of concept, the phrases – Corporate Coup, Corporate Coup D’etat, Conglomerate Coup, Conglomerate Coup D’etat – are being adopted.

BLM? The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) absolutely! Thugs the lot of them. Black Lives Matter (BLM) nubes when it comes to holding ground and frankly they are kind of scared too, understandably.

Julia Clark commented on Joelle Clark‘s post.
The BLM’s lack of transparency creates the illusion that everyone is a single victim, when in fact there are many people and small civics have suffered from BLMs gaslightings. The BLM is a dangerous organization that is assisting the theft of land, where by as mega players are able to exploit land holdings. And one way the holdings are exploited is with mega loans at 0% interest.

Its amazing at how well JTRG manipulation has worked to divide and rule.
The American public does not have use of the federal land, only access. I cannot go to Federal land find a nice stream and use it in a livable way. The Federal Government has usurpt 1/3 of the USA physical land. That’s a lot of land that the public cannot use freely in a livable way.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
Sandy Green Not really. Never forget Justin and the bunny suit, ffs. Embarrassing. Or any number of wacko’s, disability checkin’, micro-managing, meat flapping folks. there was a myriad of boobs, so to speak. What you have done is slurped up the jTRIGs magic buttons that distort your bubble, giving you the grandeur belief that one daft is better than another daft. Divide and rule ….
In politics and sociology, divide and rule (or divide and conquer) is gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into pieces that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy. The concept refers to a strategy that breaks up existing power structures and prevents smaller power groups from linking up.

That’s a bunch of non-organic\c media. Keep feeding at the industrialist table. .

They are doing a lot more than you guys.
Go make another sign. If you blacblock, go stomp angrily and break a window.

Julia Clark commented on The Oregonian‘s link.
Something has to give. Homeless can’t go to the cities and they can’t go to the BLM and other wilderness areas. The people need a break.

Julia Clark commented on The Oregonian‘s link.
The corporate state is not and does not expect white to stand against the corporate coup d’etat. The corporate state did not expect and is unable to process rural people taking a stand. If the white privilege is what holding the corporate state back, let’s use it. It is not serving any one but the corporate state.

Julia Clark shared Nor-Cal Alliance For The Missing‘s post.

But where? Can we do this on BLM land???????

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
Cory Snow we do not have that! If you are lucky enough to have an apartment…… at $1200 a month, you still do not have 1/10 acre!

Both sides are despicable and their religious schism has nothing, or should have nothing, to do with the US. The media needs to follow up on this issue with the admistration before an Iran-SA showdown occurs and we are called upon to go to war for a country that funds terrorism.” unknown

Toyah Browneyes you can ignore the homeless and under-housed but it does not make it go away.

Federal land should be availed for the people. PERIOD.

Julia Clark replied to Toyah Browneyes‘s comment.
are you people, then God willing, Federal land should be for the people!!!!

Julia Clark commented on her own post.
BTW many FN are homeless too. so don’t wimp out.

Julia Clark commented on her own post.
Joye Braun homelessness is is part of this. 85% or the county cannot be used. First hand I have seen homeless be booted off remote areas. This is a daily occurrence in North Cal and oregon. Period today. not as indian land, but as BLM land and wilderness land.

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
I am willing to admit, bundy’s are as silly as a hill of beans, ( I was just sent that strange political ad he was in with the black guy running for office) but this remote occupy protest was and is good strategically. The original sentence should stand. Giving a 75 year old man 5 years for a fire break burn and a field clearing burn, is out of line. Moreover, Mrs. Bundy ( damn that is unfortunate names) has solid research that the BLM land management is reducing the bio-diversity.
The President should pardon the sentences and end this.

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
In a hidden public record she found a study that was done by the FWS in 1975. The study showed that the “no use” policies of the FWS on the refuge were causing the wildlife to leave the refuge and move to private property. The study showed that the private property adjacent to the Malheur Wildlife Refuge produced 4 times more ducks and geese than the refuge did. It also showed that the migrating birds were 13 times more likely to land on private property than on the refuge. When Susie brought this to the attention of the FWS and refuge personnel, her and her family became the subjects of a long train of abuses and corruptions.

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
In the early 1990’s the Hammonds filed on a livestock water source and obtained a deed for the water right from the State of Oregon. When the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) found out that the Hammonds obtained new water rights near the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge, they were agitated and became belligerent and vindictive towards the Hammonds. The US Fish and Wildlife Service challenged the Hammonds right to the water in an Oregon State Circuit Court. The court found that the Hammonds legally obtained rights to the water in accordance to State law and therefore the use of the water belongs to the Hammonds.*

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
(c) In August 1994 the BLM & FWS illegally began building a fence around the Hammonds water source. Owning the water rights and knowing that their cattle relied on that water source daily the Hammonds tried to stop the building of the fence. The BLM & FWS called the Harney County Sheriff department and had Dwight Hammond (Father) arrested and charged with “disturbing and interfering with” federal See More

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
you can read the rest. That is from an organic media source. Not as polished as other sources. However, the top part that is a bit rough, has brought into question a good question. :
what percentage of tribal land went to the corporate state, that would include industrialist. specifically after the reservation system was being reduced. and why would the federal government take reservation land to turn it into wilderness areas and wildlife refuge areas?

Julia Clark commented on John Dragani‘s post.
I can’t faithfully support them in their freedom to say anything speech, I believe in the right to say truthful speech ie documents being released, not the right to say just anything…
However, they do make some good and valid points. And are right about somethings. And the strategy of occupying a remote out post during off season to demand the release of these two old men was brilliant.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
John Dragani I have spent time with logging interests, one of the backbones of oregon. There is more to this story than just “logging bad ugg!” There is some serious BS going on by the BLM and cohorts. cont…

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
John Dragani I have been looking for an article I had where these land grabs are being sold off from the BLM and Rural development to the like of Carl Rove and Bill Gates…I can’t find it any more. Moreover…..Rural development has a program where one can get 0% loans on rural land…… that is being exploited horrendously by large, very large players.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
There are a list of whistle blowers that are eating dirt (figuratively and literally) because talking about the 0% loan programs and other tomfoolery loan programs.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
John Dragani I happen to personally know some of the natives that is part of the movement. 75% of that county has gone to feds…… no one but the very big players are able to live any more. We need to join together. Again though I do not agree with their freedom of any speech loving, any of them , including FN guys. I believe in freedom to truthful speech.

Don’t split and divide they both are important. It shows a pattern.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
This will be a controversial statement: Frankly, if it is white privilege that the feds disregard actions as not worrisome because they do not think white protests are troublesome, then use that white privileged as a cover. However, we all remember waco and sometimes whts do get beat down, it is not a magic wand.

and some extreme left detract from the real issues too.

it is media that is not from corporatized media sources. some of yours have been inorganic, but have been doing my own reading of localized accounts.

John Dragani the lies are coming from the feds. logging and mining are numerous in oregon, that is part of everyones livelihood here including natives. Well, except the gentrifications. But saying these guys are backed by loggers and miners is like saying wikileaks is backed by computer nerds and thus a discredit.

No one gets to use the land when the feds have it, not native, not locals. No one. It sits there gets loaned out at 0% interest to conglomerates in the trillions.

Perhaps, however, “If they are going to loot the economy and displace thousands, then there needs to be a place for these people to live. Or the whole country becomes Eastern Oregon.” – Joe

“As long as we continue feeding each other the same old bullshit, we never will address the issues that we can and should tackle as a community. The black-market economy undermines community values and devalues honest work.”

Just out of curiosity John Dragani do understand there are massive amount of people of varying economic distress wandering America. Some of these folks have to sneak in and out of wilderness areas, BLM land, park land, etc… Many if not most are not there by choice and are not the rainbow sort. These are people trying to survive in shocking times. This is an example of why I made sure the rural and small town voice was to be heard in the OWS movement. Certain leaders of the movements across the US and beyond do not understand rural life and real small town living, not small towns that make up megalopolises.

Julia Clark replied to Pat Sharp‘s comment.
Jose E. Martinez the food source of America is a serious problem. Factory farms will profit from these ranchers being driven from the market. . The rural voice makes up 80% of the US space and has 20% of the US population. The rural voice and concerns cannot be ignored. Police brutality for the most part is a city problem. the AMA helped many in rural US. And as for theft the BLM is selling the land left and right. They cannot even account for all their holdings.

Julia Clark commented on Occupy Eugene‘s link.
The feds took the res and turned it into a refuge where no one could use it in a livable fashion, not even natives. What % of res lands went to the corporate state and industrialist during the reduction of the reservations? It was the profiteers and the corporatism that created a market for mercenaries. ie scalping AKA murder.

Julia Clark replied to Dan Beard‘s comment.

Cohorts is bad? Frankly, I understand the need of blacblock, but by no means do I think they are peaceful. Nor has Bundy and them been in any way as violent as OWS, PETA, Greenpeace, so on and so forth. The only people I can say that have been more peaceful is the Quakers when they stood between cops and OWS protesters as a shield. And even that is more hands-on then the Oregon Occupation

That Sheriff said the bare minimum he could.

What I wonder about is why the feds did not get up and make an a press statement.

I hope that President Obama now has heard of the Hammonds. They plan to request clemancy

1/3 of the land has gone to the corporate state. And is no longer in use for food production. Every rancher that is forced out benefits factory farming. GMO’s and Monsanto. This is a peaceful protest. These are serious matters. There was a request to investigative journalist to research the cases.

Julia Clark commented on Tom Allen‘s post.
1/3 of the land in the USA is owned now by the federal government. This affects food production and benefits factory farming. Hear this mad white man. He is not a stoner. This land needs to go back into production somewhere. https://www.facebook.com/bundyranch/posts/939689699441172 This land grab that is occurring, there is more to it than just holding land making it where no one can use it in a livable way. I believe there is a loan scheme from very large players. I have heard whispers of it too many times, now. 1/3 of the land is now held by federal government. That’s a lot of land.

Julia Clark replied to her own comment.
Tom Allen Logging is important to some tribes. I could be wrong, I don’t see him as a company man. Fruit loop yes.

I was just talking to Mom about this. A lot of the land the BLM seizes is missing. There is no accountability. I talked about it earlier. I don’t think it is cattle grazy making bank. I think it is the 0% loans from Rural Development. Cattle is just extra sauce.
I know I saw an article a couple of years ago about big wigs buying up the land the BLM takes.maybe this one is it, but I thought It wasn’t from such a in-organic magazine.

Americans should be behind these people, I know what it’s like to be victimized by a broken system where no one cares. When they commit crimes (police and government) nothing is done, all show for a slap on the wrist. But if you dare do something what they do you’re attacked, arrested, jailed and punished to no end. All while you stay in jail and they prove your guilty. America is so screwed up, don’t think so, wait till it happens to you..
This is something that I’ve been reading alot about. Harry Reid has land buttressed right up against the Bundy ranch. He wants that land all around really really bad. He is such an evil criminal. He has development projects in the works with the Chinese and is using the federal government and the bureau of land management to threaten and bully these ranchers and steal their land. It’s so insidious.

In the fight to protect rights and resources, certain people will be demonized. Tried as terrorists. Tell me, why would you be on the side of BLM?!!?! Good God people. Get the stick out of your ass and wake up. Did everyone forget about the recent wild horse scandal? What about the cracking on federal land. People are also confusing mass fact between the Hammonds and the Bundy’s. Maybe we should put BLM on the stand. Charge them with terror. That’s what they are doing. Protecting corporations and dwindling private property. Wake up America. Or shut up.

Just like Tora Bora in Afghanistan and eastern Syria. No minerals = no British/US presence. The invisible shadow government instructing the perceived US federal government…..it is all about the minerals under the ground….and ultimately the wealth…prosecuted under the guise of an “arson” charge for burning their ranch land in a manner that has happened for a century. China wants that land….Hammonds and Bundys farms both….so they create a perception deception issue to use as a programmed TV hoax story tied to their allowed use of federal land…this is not federal land. It is private property. The thieving Network for Global Corporate Control punching the buttons
