Analysis of Remarks by SAC Greg Bretzing at a Press Conference to Address the Ongoing Situation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge

With little fanfare, this is a raw analysis of the press conference that went with the release of Remarks by SAC Greg Bretzing at a Press Conference to Address the Ongoing Situation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge written statement present by FBI Portland

I will make it as easy to digest as possible within time constraints. This is not a polish piece. This is intended only to document in the most immediate fashion. If it warrants being polished this will be the draft it comes from. To use this analysis, please contact me. All rights reserved. This is the intellectual property of the Julia Clark Organization.

The source of the analysis is from shuff1111 of youtube. I do not know him. He only by chance was one of the first to have the Video of the press conference up. What I do find odd is that the press conference was not recorded and posted by any known agency or corporate media. Thank you shuff1111 for your service.

I have highlighted or noted points. This is not intended for laymen explanation. Please ask if you need more explanation or are curious about a highlight or note.

1:10 trips over the word transparency

1:37 trips over the word several

3:42 video stream fails

3:42 says “Shortly the camera will pan back to” the video feed does not pan when it returns.

3:53 the video feed returns.

3:53 He says, “Oh, heads up.”

4:06 He says, “The camera is panning back to the jeep at this point.”

12:52 He states Oregon State Troupers were the ones that fired the weapons.

13:43 He uses “Umm” and tightened lips and sucked them inward

13:44 Shakes his head in a no fashion

13:47 He says, “That law enforcement showed great restraint while holding his hand in front of him in a barrier type way

13:50 He says “Then when the vehicle, then took off.” his voice quivers

13:51 Uses ‘Ummm”

13:52 He says, “you could see that it just about seriously injured, ahh, a law enforcement officer.”

13:53 a micro head shake

13:58 he says, “as its, as it barrels toward”

14:01 he says, “And that umm” pursed his lips together

14:06 He says, “based on the deadly force policy of the FBI and OSP Umm ahh that “

14:06 and extended blink

14:17 Uses “Umm” then says “as you can see afterwards and as I explained in the video, those pops and sounds that umm. Of course, there is no sounds in the video.”

14:28 He says, “flash bangs, ahh, sponge projectiles that pierce the window and oc gas

14:44 shakes head

14:44 He says “all occupants in the jeep surrendered without incident” shakes head again

14:50 He says “ahh with no violence”

15:00 smiles

15:06 Purse and smacks lips, their latest.

16:48 Serious look, looks, down and to the right, takes a deep breath uses “Umm” 3 times while explaining

18:23 He is asked if this is a stop for a traffic violation. The question clearly amuses him. He first clearly states, “no.” then says, “Not that I’m. Well, then. You know what, I don’t know, there might have been” takes a ha, “that was not the purpose of the call err the stop”

  • This is troubling. He clearly and jovially changes the case file to fit his theory. He says,”No.” firmly, then catches himself. Dismisses himself and stops that dismissal midsentence. then moves to the willing chair with the statement, “well, then”, and  makes a choice to fudge the records with the justification, “You know what” statement, then proceeds to change the record.
  • However, his utterance and mistaken word of using call instead of stop. Highly suggests that  that the call the Bundy’s had hours before from the FBI negotiator was also a fabrication and not in good faith.

18:29 He takes a question about distance. He says that he “You know, the exact distance, I can’t tell you. That’s why we actually show you the video. You can tell that a period of time went by and that they were traveling at a high rate of speed. Umm. He purses lips and licks them. “And they had plenty of. And again they were, they were stopped for well over four minutes. And then they chose.. as I said two nights ago or last night.” smacks lips, “Actions have consequences”

19:19 stumbles over the word truck, using car instead and correcting himself.

19:23 he says, “And is currently in our custody, umm” then purse lips

19:34 he says, “But umm as the video clearly shows”

Screenshots of questionable moments.

These are points noted while watching of questionable moments.

Secret TPP treaty IP Chapter: Advanced text with negotiation positions for all 12 nations

Today, 13 November 2013, WikiLeaks released the secret negotiated draft text for the entire TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) Intellectual Property Rights Chapter. The TPP is the largest-ever economic treaty, encompassing nations representing more than 40 per cent of the world’s GDP. The WikiLeaks release of the text comes ahead of the decisive TPP Chief Negotiators summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 19-24 November 2013. The chapter published by WikiLeaks is perhaps the most controversial chapter of the TPP due to its wide-ranging effects on medicines, publishers, internet services, civil liberties and biological patents. Significantly, the released text includes the negotiation positions and disagreements between all 12 prospective member states.

The TPP is the forerunner to the equally secret US-EU pact TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), for which President Obama initiated US-EU negotiations in January 2013. Together, the TPP and TTIP will cover more than 60 per cent of global GDP. Both pacts exclude China.

Since the beginning of the TPP negotiations, the process of drafting and negotiating the treaty’s chapters has been shrouded in an unprecedented level of secrecy. Access to drafts of the TPP chapters is shielded from the general public. Members of the US Congress are only able to view selected portions of treaty-related documents in highly restrictive conditions and under strict supervision. It has been previously revealed that only three individuals in each TPP nation have access to the full text of the agreement, while 600 ’trade advisers’ – lobbyists guarding the interests of large US corporations such as Chevron, Halliburton, Monsanto and Walmart – are granted privileged access to crucial sections of the treaty text.

The TPP negotiations are currently at a critical stage. The Obama administration is preparing to fast-track the TPP treaty in a manner that will prevent the US Congress from discussing or amending any parts of the treaty. Numerous TPP heads of state and senior government figures, including President Obama, have declared their intention to sign and ratify the TPP before the end of 2013.

WikiLeaks’ Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange stated: “The US administration is aggressively pushing the TPP through the US legislative process on the sly.” The advanced draft of the Intellectual Property Rights Chapter, published by WikiLeaks on 13 November 2013, provides the public with the fullest opportunity so far to familiarise themselves with the details and implications of the TPP.

The 95-page, 30,000-word IP Chapter lays out provisions for instituting a far-reaching, transnational legal and enforcement regime, modifying or replacing existing laws in TPP member states. The Chapter’s subsections include agreements relating to patents (who may produce goods or drugs), copyright (who may transmit information), trademarks (who may describe information or goods as authentic) and industrial design.

The longest section of the Chapter – ’Enforcement’ – is devoted to detailing new policing measures, with far-reaching implications for individual rights, civil liberties, publishers, internet service providers and internet privacy, as well as for the creative, intellectual, biological and environmental commons. Particular measures proposed include supranational litigation tribunals to which sovereign national courts are expected to defer, but which have no human rights safeguards. The TPP IP Chapter states that these courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence. The IP Chapter also replicates many of the surveillance and enforcement provisions from the shelved SOPA and ACTA treaties.

The consolidated text obtained by WikiLeaks after the 26-30 August 2013 TPP meeting in Brunei – unlike any other TPP-related documents previously released to the public – contains annotations detailing each country’s positions on the issues under negotiation. Julian Assange emphasises that a “cringingly obsequious” Australia is the nation most likely to support the hardline position of US negotiators against other countries, while states including Vietnam, Chile and Malaysia are more likely to be in opposition. Numerous key Pacific Rim and nearby nations – including Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines and, most significantly, Russia and China – have not been involved in the drafting of the treaty.

In the words of WikiLeaks’ Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange, “If instituted, the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs.”

Current TPP negotiation member states are the United States, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Chile, Singapore, Peru, Vietnam, New Zealand and Brunei.

Navy Benches Intel Chiefs in Bribery Scandal … And Promises That More Heads Will Roll 2 of 2

Francis allegedly purchased the concert tickets and paid for prostitutes for the men who attended, according to Misiewicz\’s complaint.

\”Don\’t chicken out bro we need u with us on the front lines 🙂 … Who can we trust in the Office for Lady Ga Ga?\” Francis said in a May 2012 email to Misiewicz, prosecutors allege, noting the playful use of emoticons in the message. \”Tickets are not the issue who will keep silent :)\”

Beliveau is accused of passing information about NCIS\’s investigation into Glenn Defense to Francis in exchange for prostitutes, airfare, posh hotel rooms, and a laptop computer for Beliveau\’s girlfriend. In particular, it outlines one trip Francis allegedly arranged for Beliveau in March 2011 to Bangkok, Thailand.

\”According to one email, Francis asked: ‘Joyce your kinda Babe\’? Beliveau replied ‘Nice. You bet. Hopefully I\’m her kinda guy, hehe,\’\” the criminal complaint against him says. A photograph of the woman was allegedly attached to the email.

The complaint against Sanchez includes similar allegations. Prosecutors say he received $100,000 cash from Francis\’s company in January 2009, and continued to share sensitive Navy information with him until earlier this year. It included internal information that Glenn Defense used to its advantage while servicing U.S. ships. The company has locations in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and the United States, and deliberately overcharged the Navy while \”husbanding\” the ships, providing food, fuel, water, waste removal, and other tasks, prosecutors say.

Sanchez\’s complaint also has a variety of specific allegations regarding the officer accepting prostitution. Francis is accused of emailing a woman in Indonesia early in March 2011 to arrange prostitutes to meet Sanchez, another unidentified Navy commander, and two other men in Singapore.

One of the emails described one of the \”girls\” as \”Alda 167 cm [height] 36b [bra size] very young n still study, 17 yr,\” the complaint says. Francis later sent an email cancelling the planned meeting due to a tsunami in the region that allegedly kept Sanchez and his friends away from Singapore, prosecutors say.

Later that month, however, Francis sent Sanchez an email containing a picture of one of the prostitutes that had planned to meet the Navy officers in Singapore, court documents say. A brief message was attached: \”I miss you BABE :).\” Sanchez allegedly emailed the Glenn Defense CEO back the same day, saying \”Nice pictures…..Brings back good memories :).\”

Navy Benches Intel Chiefs in Bribery Scandal … And Promises That More Heads Will Roll 1 of 2

The U.S. Navy\’s widening scandal involving prostitutes, cash bribes and the fat-cat defense contractor who allegedly supplied them for sensitive military information just expanded to colossal proportions. The Navy announced Friday night that it has suspended access to classified information for two senior intelligence officers, effectively relieving them from duty. It\’s all part of the ongoing investigation into global defense Glenn Defense Marine Asia.

And the Pentagon is warning that more officers are likely to be implicated in this scandal, the Navy\’s biggest in decades.

Vice Adm. Ted Branch, pictured above, and Rear Adm. Bruce Loveless — the service\’s director of naval intelligence and director of intelligence operations, respectively — have not been charged with any crimes. But the suspension \”was deemed prudent given the sensitive nature [of] their current duties and to protect and support the integrity of the investigative process,\” said Rear Adm. John Kirby, the Navy\’s top spokesman, in a statement.

The allegations against Admirals Branch and Loveless \”involve inappropriate conduct prior to their current assignments and flag officer rank,\” Kirby said. Intelligence officers need to maintain high standards in their personal lives because they\’re such tempting targets for blackmail by a hostile spy service. The military frequently pulls personnel from vital intelligence jobs if it believes their credibility could be compromised. Any association with a scandal involving prostitutes and bribery would certainly count as a reputational threat. At the moment, however, \”there is no indication, nor do the allegations suggest, that in either case there was any breach of classified information,\” Kirby added.

The announcement takes a growing scandal and expands it to the most senior levels of the U.S. military. The Navy has not seen a scandal this large since dozens of naval officers were accused of sexually assaulting about 80 women and a handful of men at the Tailhook Association Symposium in Las Vegas in 1991. That incident ultimately ruined or harmed the careers of more than a dozen admirals.

Kirby told Foreign Policy on Friday night that he expects the scandal to continue expanding. Branch and Loveless\’s clearances were suspended at the direction of Navy Secretary Ray Mabus, he added.

\”I believe there will be more naval officers and perhaps Navy civilians implicated in this scandal,\” Kirby told Foreign Policy. \”These allegations are personal misconduct.\”

Already, three Navy officials and two Glenn Defense executives have been charged in U.S. federal court in connection with the case. All three other Navy personnel — two active-duty commanders and a senior agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service — are accused of sharing sensitive or classified information with Glenn Defense CEO Leonard Glenn Francis in exchange for prostitutes, cash and other favors. Francis allegedly used that information, in turn, to overbill the U.S. military millions of dollars while servicing Navy ships in ports across the Pacific.

The Navy also relieved of command Capt. Daniel Dusek, the captain of the amphibious ship Bonhomme Richard, in connection with the investigation. He has not been charged with any crimes, but officials said that commanders lost confidence in him.

The Navy\’s announcement Friday came as Francis, the Glenn Defense CEO, appeared in court with two others already facing charges: Cmdr. Michael Vannak Khem Misiewicz, the first officer accused, and NCIS agent John Beliveau.

Also charged in the case are Cmdr. Jose Luis Sanchez and Glenn Defense executive Alex Wisidagama of Singapore. Misiewicz, Beliveau and Sanchez allegedly accepted bribes in the forms of prostitutes while traveling in the Pacific and luxury hotels in exchange for a variety of Navy information, including ship schedules. Sanchez is accused of accepting $100,000 in cash and prostitutes. Wisidagama is accused of serving as a lynchpin in his company\’s alleged scheme to overbill the Navy throughout Southeast Asia.

\”According to the allegations in this case, a number of officials were willing to sacrifice their integrity and millions of taxpayer dollars for personal gratification,\” U.S. Attorney Laura Duffy said this week in announcing the charges against Sanchez. \”While the overwhelming majority of the 400,000 active-duty Navy personnel conduct themselves in a manner that is beyond reproach, we and our law enforcement partners at Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Defense Criminal Investigative Service continue to investigate the allegations of fraud and corruption that tarnish the stellar reputation of the U.S. Navy.\”

The scandal has rocked the Navy\’s 7th Fleet, headquartered in Yokosuka, Japan, just as it was set to boost operations in the Pacific. Court documents in the cases of both Misiewicz and Sanchez say that other unidentified Navy personnel were aware of malfeasance, and either did nothing or participated in the schemes. In one example, the criminal complaint against Misiewicz says he attended a Lady Gaga concert on May 25, 2012, with other Navy personnel who visited Laem Chebang, Thailand, during a port stop by the Blue Ridge, the command ship of the Navy\’s 7th Fleet. Several of the officer ensnared in the scandal served on the ship during their careers.

UMB Tech Anomaly

English: United Business Media offices

English: United Business Media offices (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

For about a month, I have noticed that when I try to comment on certain articles across the web, I have not been able to because DISQUS will not load :

“Disqus seems to be taking longer than usual. Reload?”

I reload, but it never loads. So today, I made an extra effort and signed in at DISQUS dashboard.

I notice that my last post was :

“The US Intelligence Agencies are destroying America’s reputation. 😦 ”

I thought that was interesting & wanted to share that with other folks. I created the post, then decided to do a brief research.

I thought for a while not being able to post to DISQUS was a cookie related block. However, there was a cookie related block that would interrupt when I attended Wikileaks.org. That issues has since been cleared up. Which, also would have cleared up the DISQUS issues, if it was cookie related.

So today when I tried to comment on informationweek.com I decided to do some research & fix the glitch.

What I found was very interesting.

When logging into information.com comments section a login screen appears, It is not DISQUS it is UBMTech. Note the close connection of names to UMB, a financial services company and bank. It is common that a fraudster will create a shell company to hide activities in and simply switch around his or her initials. I have not followed the paper trail. However, I would consider this a red-flag enough to follow the paper trail of both companies and persons of interest in connection.

While researching UBMtech, I came across this press statement from UBMTech CEO:

While reducing legacy costs, UBM Tech will invest in its new strategy, particularly in analytic tools and dashboards that provide real-time intelligence on audiences’ activities and preferences, Miller said. “We are making these changes from a position of strength because we think this is the right direction for the future,” he said.

It is only mildly note-worthy that he used the word intelligence, instead of a more common and marketing friendly word, but it is notable.

If real-time intelligence with the focus “from a position of strength” includes disrupting access to the global discussion by way of comments on (obscure) articles from selected folk in a real-time position of strength, then UBMTech is doing a rummy of a job.

Disclaimer: Though I could be wrong. 🙂

Statement Concerning The Recent Hijacking of JuliaClark.org

Recently JuliaClark.org took a hit.

It ended up being more of a great inconvenience than a significant hit, but it could have been much worse. The hit was over a year in the making, but some back story is in order first.

JuliaClark.org , the domain began at Yahoo.com small business department in March 2, 2009. We were already in hostile waters from the beginning.

A noteworthy side note, when Julia Clark began researching purchasing a domain she looked into Julia.com & org. Both of those were squatted with only advertisements as placeholders. Then she checked into JuliaClark.com. JuliaClark.com was taken by a non-existent pig farmer that did not respond to contact until after the .org was underway.

Prior to the creation of JuliaClark.org, the founder Julia Clark was maintaining a blog in the popular Yahoo.360 blogs at Yahoo.com. She was given an award & privileges from Yahoo as a Power User ID. At that blog, through Yahoo Instant Messenger, & across cyberspace she would campaign against corruption by writing, giving small seminars, lobbying, & personal pleas to any person that would listen.

Nuhu Ribadu is one of the many people the Julia Clark Foundation has encouraged and advised.

Nuhu Ribadu is one of the many people the Julia Clark Foundation has encouraged and advised.

The hostilities became so bad that the founder Julia Clark had to withdraw from 360.Yahoo, IM, & many other Internet activities. Julia took refuge at a journal site called Naseeb, RothArmy.com, & other online locations. They all were bombarded & associations attacked.

Within a year of creating JuliaClark.org, Julia began to realize that there was major security flaws within Yahoo.com She began documenting her observations.

One of the places used for documentation was Flickr.com. Julia maintained a large data base of screen shots, informational graphs, & labeled photos, and much of her visual data, both artistic and investigative. At one point her Flickr.com account was reported & suspended. The only way the information could have been seen, much less reported was by someone with a backdoor to Flickr Pro Accounts. It was retrieved and reinstated, but by this time it was clear there were back-doors somewhere in Yahoo at an extraordinary level.

Julia attempted to address the security concerns with Yahoo Security. Yahoo Security’s hands were tied.

Some of the security issues were commonly known & clearly observable, even by a casual observer. Such as date changes to years ago in the Yahoo News comment sections. Or profiles created in the 1960’s. Julia & Yahoo’s security teams made diligent attempts at addressing the most blatant security breaches, but the issues were not manageable. It was like putting a band-aid on a gut wound.

After the Sony security breaches, it became clear that similar holes were not going to be addressed in Yahoo’s infrastructure.

On March 2012, the domain JuliaClark.org was moved to its present hosting site, Ipage.com. Once moved away from Yahoo.com Julia began a public campaign to inform people about the security issues across Yahoo.com & its products.

The anomalies that led to JuliaClark.org being hijacked for a short while appeared soon after the move to Ipage.com. They were unusual, but did not raise any concern because it would have taken a person with free rein across Yahoo to have exploited it.

JuliaClark.org is no longer hijacked & the question of domain ownership is just another fallen arrow of an attempted blockade against The JC Organization.

Had it not been for the outstanding, dedicated, & honest team at Ipage; had it not been for outstanding,  dedicated, & in-the-know supporters at Yahoo Small Business; had it not been for a ten (10) page complaint to ICANN; had it not been for ICANN & the registrants, Melbornit.com,au, saying, “Yahoo, What are you doing? Yahoo? Yahoo, stahp!”; had it not been for some seriously silly & seriously serious Anons … the outcome would have been different.

If you take a peek at the Whois of JuliaClark.com you’ll see that it was picked up on January 2012 & updated on March 2013, if you follow the Whois you’ll see that JuliaClark.com is held by NovaCorp.com. Google NovaCorp.com. & be enlightened.

Thank you everyone for your unwavering support.

This week The JC Organization has a prototype signage from the Blaze Studios, a division of The JC Organization. As so often before, this was scraps and bound for the fire. A sharp-eyed local noted that is was way too cool to toss into a Friday night’s fire! It is an Open sign and is useful & a conversation piece.

The presenting next is a wreath from the WMU. It is a beautiful lovely smelling indoor or cover porch style wreath. Sure is an addition to any garden foyer or entry way.

The last presentation for this week is an amazing set of paintings from 1975 & 1983 painted by Priscilla Halely. A wonderful set that would look great in a guest bedroom or next to a breakfast nook. A piece of Americana that is rarely seen, much less so well-preserved. It is not known who Priscilla Halely is, but her beauty of life lives on in her paintings.

Next week, we will have vintage sewing patterns and Vogue Sewing magazines, along with other surprises! So stay with us during this fund-raising cycle!

Remember you can always give directly or show your support through a tee-shirt purchases designed by an anonymous supporter from Wikileaks.

Your funds go directly to the various campaigns supported by The Julia Clark Organization. Every dollar is important and is judiciously used.

Conservative Conglomerate Plantations

Conservative conglomerate plantations

Editorial Artist Unknown

This editorial cartoon reflects historical view points of The JC Organization.

Not all, but most, plantations were exploitative conglomerates that manipulated published works to skew public opinion and to mislead public opinion for the sake of profitability. And by thus, harming humanity, including conservatives that were not conglomerates.

The lesser Conservative were guilty for looking the other way, much in the same vein that a that a cop that sees corruption and looks the other way is a corrupt cop too.

Research suggested that the lesser conservatives did not have the lobbying power and went with the flow as to not cause disruption of their already precarious position. Nevertheless, the lesser conservative was systematically being primed for exploitation themselves.

Why We’ll Never Get a Full Account of the War in Iraq – D.B. Grady – The Atlantic

Why We’ll Never Get a Full Account of the War in Iraq – D.B. Grady – The Atlantic.

It is a common tactic of corrupt individuals who are committing criminal acts to incorrectly fill out documents. It is purposefully done to create another layer the investigator must go through to reveal the truth. In this case it is the old “put the file under the wrong name” trick.

“”That’s not a recognized marking,” said Leonard. “I have no idea if it was the intent, but I can guarantee you what the consequences of those markings are. When any of this material eventually does end up at a presidential library and access demands are being made, or it’s being processed for release, when some poor archivist sees material marked Handle as SCI, it’s going into the bottom of the pile, and it is going to get much more conservative review. Whether it was the intent to retard the eventual release of the information, I know that’s going to be a consequence of it.”

Former LAPD Officer Joe Jones’s Manifesto # 2 Will Not Be Redacted

I will not be taking down Joe Jones Manifesto.

Just remember that God is a forgiving God. In conclusion I say to people who knew none of this about me that one day I will have to reflect on when was the time to speak. When I see the potential for innocent lives to be lost…The time is Now!…JJ”

Indeed his family may want the manifesto swept under the rug. They may wish that their beloved had no tarnished memories from his life, but indeed he does. They may have huddled around him, saying to him; Don’t get involved. It is other people’s business. Keep your head down. Don’t make waves. We are so sorry this happened to you. Just forget about it, it will all be better. They my be saying those things and other well intended comforters that way too many families said during past social upheavals.

However, they are wrong in action. Sometimes it is difficult to make and stand by right choices.

Dorner’s LAPD firing case hinged on credibility. Joe Jones emotional online manifesto corroborates that LAPD has a culture of corruption. A culture of corruption so perverse that it leaves PTSD scars on souls.

It is time that the good men and women of LAPD claim their agency. It is time for the good men and woman of LAPD Occupy themselves. It is not a matter of taking back the LAPD from a culture of corruption, but over-taking the culture of corruption in LAPD. It is time for the good men and women of LAPD to form their own Occupations. To stand up, speak out, and expose the corrupt to broad daylight. Even if the corruption has touched you. The only way to clean it off of you is to expose it.

Respectfully,

Julia Clark

Second LAPD Officer Comes Forward With A Manifesto. Fears Dying But Speaks Out

This current situation with Former LAPD Officer, Christopher Dorner has opened a lot of questions and left a lot to be answered for, but it has also, in a backhanded way, inspired others that have gone thru the same hell with the LAPD to step forward, after many years and speak.  Speak on the corruption, the slander, the mistreatment and the hell they were subjected to while being involved with the LAPD.

Image

The following is a post from a Facebook Friend, Joe Jones.  It makes you sit and think.  It also makes you understand that what you see and hear from the LAPD and their affiliates cannot and is not all that they are putting it up to be.  Take a read:

“My Former LAPD Officer Joe Jones MANIFESTO… I know most of you who personally who me are in disbelief of the partial story I will tell today. A story that has been suppressed for about 18 years, But lives strong everyday of my life. I without hesitation would like to send my condolences to the Victims who were lost and their families during this tragic situation. I would also like to send my condolences and well wishes to the many former and current Officers, as well as …Citizen’s and their families who lost the lives and souls of loved one’s to the injustices of Police Corruption, Scandal, Lies, Deception and Brutality. Unlike Former Officer Dorner, I fear dying; But I also fear living in a society where Innocent people are dying for no reason. A society where pain so great can be afflicted to people who have to desire to live right and treat people right and then be punished for doing right. They say we all look alike. In very few cases this of course is true. But in most cases it is not. I feel a resemblance to Dorner, (See Photos) However several people who have no resemblance to Dorner have been shot due to the fear of what is taking place. I DO NOT WANT TO BE SHOT FOR CRIMES I DID NOT COMMIT!. Neither does anyone else. To preface my story I will say this: Just like former Officer Christopher Dorner I used to smile a lot. I loved everyone. I was voted Friendliest Senior of my Sr. Class in High School. I always believed in the system and never got into any trouble. I loved hard and gave to all I could. After Joining the LAPD in 1989 I quickly found out that the world and society had major flaws. I had flaws as well for ever believing that our system of government was obligated to do the right thing. his is what I believed as a young Officer. Without going into major detail, I need you to first assume that I would not surface 16 years later with lies about a situation that has me with PTSD to this very day. The pain forces me to speak as I have yet to shake the Ill’s of my experience as an LAPD Officer. Of course I have moved on physically. But mentally and emotionally I still live with flaws. I can’t go into re-living the emotions of what I went through so I will say this. I had my home viciously attacked by a gunman with my family and myself inside the house. No arrests were made and my family and I Received very little support. I had my Civil Rights violated on several occasions. I was falsely arrested at gunpoint by the Sheriffs as an Officer who ID’d himself and was conspired against by both LAPD and the Sheriffs when my Civil case went to Trial. I was falsely accused on more than one occasion and simply placed in a position that the trust was so compromised that I could no longer wear the Uniform. Also know there were many more episodes. All of these issues are well documented and I present them not to be a Whistle blower, However to hope that one would not assume that all of what is being said is Lies as presented by Dorner. I don’t know him, But I know me. I will say from my experience, If a person knows they were wrong it is easier to move on without anger. Seems that Dorner obviously could not move on… Could I just be content and move on with my life and not say anything? Yes…Then I would feel that I for once had my chance to speak on something that hurts me to this day and I did nothing to arouse thought or provoke reform. This is what I hope comes from this whole situation: 1. Families that lost someone to this tragedy find the peace that only God can give at this terrible time. 2. Citizens of Los Angeles be mindful of this fearful time to be an Officer and comply vigorously so that you are not the victim of an Officer on high alert. 3. Government and Politicians please be diligent in the responsibility of creating Laws that protect those who could be the victim of a conspiracy. Never allow the door to be shut on the Truth. 4. Honest and Fair LAPD & All Agencies: Keep doing what you are doing to protect citizens and be safe while you are doing so. We need you and I would hope that you do not allow the Bureaucratic drama and Stress to kill your morale as I know it can. 5. Unethical LAPD & all Agencies: Whatever is was that lead you down this path, Pray to somebody’s God to forgive you and begin to remove unethical methods to your policing style. Always think what if it were you, How would you feel?..How would you like if you were falsely accused and your life, lively-hood and career was taken from you? How would you like if someone was beating on you just because they felt they could get away with it? You are no better the criminals you took and oath to arrest when you do what you do! 6. Chistopher Dorner. The 1st thing I would say to him is, I feel your pains!…But you are going about this the wrong way. To take innocent lives could never be the answer to anything. I say this as a Man who experienced the same pain, betrayal, anger, suffering, litigation and agony that you did in many ways, Only I didn’t get Fired. I just choose to go a different route. My heart still suffered that same shock, I was still left to try and put the pieces back together. The disbelief that people could conspire and cause you to loose something you loved so dearly was still there. I lost my Career, I lost my Family, I lost my Dignity, I lost my Trust…But I am here now to hopefully one day see change…Bro, Don’t kill anymore Innocent people. Your point has been made. Clearly. They know you mean business, The whole world knows. Refrain from any further wrong doing and do what you must to salvage your Soul. Whatever that means to you. Just remember that God is a forgiving God. In conclusion I say to people who knew none of this about me that one day I will have to reflect on when was the time to speak. When I see the potential for innocent lives to be lost…The time is Now!…JJ”

Joe Jones was a fromer LAPD officer and he felt the need to come out and speak on his experience from that time.  Do not let us loose anymore innocent lives but also do not let us loose any more innocent lives due to the unabated practices of the LAPD.  We as the public and as a people need to question all of this.  Much respect to Chief Charlie Beck for re-opening the file on Dorner but when you have a Mayor like Villarigosa that has already set the outcome of this investigation, we still will never see the real story behind this.
The public are targets because we stay the victims.  The time to stand up is now.  Question the officials, question the policies and question yourself!  Are you happy with your answers.

Your view of the Bush Family hacks is rather myopic. And is highlighted by this statement of yours:

Still, the episode is a less-than-gentle reminder of how technology is redefining our culture — the whole idea of privacy and, yes, the respect (or lack of it) that honest citizens should have for each other.

These are the things that all of us, not just journalists, may want to think about. How the news is delivered will take care of itself.

What exactly is meant by “How the news is delivered will take care of itself”? That is a very a haughty statement. The news is does not simply “take care of itself” It is delivered and sought after by diligent and not so diligent reporters, journalists, editorial teams, and everyday folk.

Being condescending in no way helps your credibility in this issue of the Bush family lax security.

It is not a matter of honest citizens going about doing honest things, this hacker did the Bush family and the United States of America a favor by spotlighting a clear national security issue. The state of and mood of the Bush family is viable intelligence.

The Bush family cannot expect the same privacy as average citizen of the world, even assuming that a citizen can expect such privacy in today’s world of data mining and packet-inspections.

Clearly the Bush family did not have established privacy. For all we know Guccifer knew of the breach had no means of reporting it, also known as whistle-blowing. With his or hers best option being exposing the breech, choose the most attention grabbing and least intelligence laden data to close the hole.

Who paints themselves in the tub and shower anyway and WHY?

Conservatism, Racism, and Corruption?

John Celock wrote an article at the Huffington Post about Jason Rapert recent racial remarks at  Tea Party rally. You can read it here.

It is racism, not Conservative. In addition, he is soliciting attention through inappropriate tactics and provocation Also, it is myopic.

He states that the quotation is out of context and his friend is the one who clarifies his statement, not himself. This is classic “not taking ownership of a statement” in discourse analysis, usually a red-flag that the subject or subjects are not being truthful.

In his rebuttal tweet he throws in a straw-man argument, by deflecting to a bill that has nothing to do with racial points. His friend is the one who steps forward and adds the “pro-choice, gun control liberals” statement. Again this shows not wanting to own a statement.

There are more points, but this is enough to show that he was at the very least using a double entendre.

In the speech, he continues exhibiting deceptive behavior patterns by stating that Pres Obama did not attend the National Prayer Breakfast, which is not true. Pres. Obama has indeed attended said breakfast in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

That statement is clearly inappropriate and provocative.

In his speech he goes from highlighting a Muslim celebration in connection to Pres Obama, to a dishonest statement separating Pres Obama from a Christian subjected event, the National Prayer Breakfast.

Noting that the National Prayer Breakfast hosting is by a Christian organization and inclusive of all faiths, thus his statement also tarnishes the National Prayer Breakfast and misrepresenting the National Prayer Breakfast event.

Rapert continues the theme of segregation and not conservationism by banking on the lie he stated a few moments before that Obama did not attend the National Prayer Breakfast, yet hosted a Muslim holiday dinner and thus implying that doing such was aligning with Muslims.

And continues to segregate by saying “You don’t represent the country that I grew up with”, connoting that Muslims have no place in the American fabric.
Then incredulously says, And your values is not going to save us. We’re going to take this country back for the Lord. “, as if there are no Muslims who are for limiting the abortion procedure, which is simply false.

Rupert is exhibiting an extremist views and behavior patterns that hurts his party, harms conservatives, alienates Christians, and segregated values. And being obviously corrupt all the while.

Corruption is limits everyone’s peacefulness.

Certain sorts have taken upon themselves to promote the phrase “The Arabian Spring” to mean the Arabic Revolutions. “The Arabian Spring is vague term that allows a certain distance from what is happening, a term that gives it a certain fabled quality. It is not spring in Arabia. It is summer. We all know this. The Arabic Revolutions are not some bunny hopping along bringing colored eggs and chocolate to the naive.
