I heard a friend of miine speak of you. I think we think in the same in one way when it comes to stalking and the law,and how they need to be changed in places. Tell me Do you live in Metter,GA. What are the laws concerning that here?

Firstly things first, I am not a lawyer for any legal advice you would need to consult a lawyer.
The city of Metter has city ordinances. The State of Georgia has law. The Stalking laws in Georgia are very clear. Moreover, as ncvc.org (National Center for Victims of Crimes) states:
…depending on the facts of the case, a stalker might also be charged with other crimes, such as trespassing, intimidation of a witness, breaking and entering, etc. Check your state code or consult with your local prosecutor about other charges that might apply in a particular case.

You can find information for stalking laws in Georgia here: http://www.ncvc.org/src/main.aspx?dbID=DB_StalkingTechnology139

Stalking is a crime; if you are having troubles, contact your local (Metter, GA) police department to learn exactly what to do for and to begin working toward your case(s).

I was looking for opinion, and I never said or heard that you were a lawyer, nor did I say it. I have no trouble with someone stalking. a few years ago A friend of mine was the chief of police, and I know some of the police, and sheriff that have been here a while. A simple interesting conversation with someone who acts like they more than a double digit IQ is nice sometime. This is a subject that I keep track of on detailed shows and specials. An email address was mentioned, and I can say never did I ask for yours at anytime just an opinion. I hope that explains it to you?

Greetings! Thanks for the input, lawyer or not, stalking is always a serious issue! The Metter Police Department provided the public service of inquiry for the initial research to reply to your original comment. I am not certain about the double digit IQ, but I do have an IQ this is true. Indeed, it is nice to share conversations with folks that study the same subjects. I am not certain which email you are referring to, if you need an email address for the journal is on the front page. Explanations are always welcome! Cheers!

Well i can see What I’ve seen and heard on you is true. You also speak your mind which is good. What I meant by I.!Q. is that you may get into a conversation with some, and the way they understand it isn’t exactly how it is. They may have no idea what you’re talking about and have a lot of trouble keeping up. I hate to say that about about people, but for some it’s true. It is good to have someone around to have a good intelligent conversation with. I’ve lived here a little over 20 years and I’ve only met a few.. I have yahoo as well as hotmail, and facebook. I am open to discussion if you would like, and have the time.
